New Years Eve 2004/2005 : 31 December 2004

On New Year's Eve, we were promised tickets to the Opera House Forecourt by a friend of Andrea's ... unfortunately, things didn't work out quite as we planned and we ended up on the pathway surrounding the Opera House with about 10,000 other party goers ... it was certainly a night to remember and the fireworks were spectacular as always!!

Christmas Party : 25 December 2004

Christmas 2004 was one of the best for us!! Unfortunately, Jono was away so Munds and I decided to have a party ... and we had about 12 people to lunch and then everyone came joined us in the evening ... it was one of the best dance parties of all time at Woods Parade ... what a hoot!!

We started off by going to the midnight service at St Matts ... then had a good night's sleep and partying all the next day!

Camping & 4X4 Adventure at Newnes : 11-12 December 2004

Brad and I went up to Newnes for the weekend with the SunnySide Up 4x4 Club ... we met Fiona & Mark with their cute son Caleb, Andrew and his son Scotty, Jeff and Mal ... as we arrived for the night at camp, a big storm blew in and we had to pitch tents in the dark and wet ... I thought it was going to be a nightmare weekend ... but once the sun came out, we had a great time!! We played golf, BBQ'd and did a bunch of 4WD bushwhacking ... much to the delight of the boys with their toys ... but it was not without some drama ...
