Escape to Bowral ...

This past weekend, Mundy and I took a lazy weekend trip and escaped down to the Southern Highland's hideaway of Bowral ... it was superb ... we relaxed ... soaked up the sun ... the autumn colours and the fresh air ...

We spent the afternoon at the Barrawang Local Pub having tea in the beautiful gardens overlooking the countryside ...




The country farms along the way are just beautiful ... this was one we spotted during a misguided tourist detour ...



We were privileged to see many Black Galahs which are very rare to spot ... we saw them in Barrawang on Saturday and in Berrima on Sunday ...



The autumn colours do not disappoint ...
